Sanctus Seru is now reopened, the zone focuses on the next tier (Tier 3) of groupable content for level 70’s after Ssraeshza Temple. Ssraeshza Temple has also had a lot of new loot added to it, and some of the previous drops have been upgraded substantially so check your inventory!

As promised as the end game content reopens the experience rate will go up. Today’s reopening will bring a 25% overall increase in experience. The following zones have also had their experience bonuses raised as well (Kurns Tower, City of Mist, Kael, Guk Basement)

For those players who are newer, the combat changes required me to lock down a lot of my high end content. To keep players from reaching this wall of locked content I lowered the experience rate for three reasons. 1) I would be doing a lot of work on the end game and didn’t want to be a burden on a population of mostly high level players as I went through and developed 2) Players wouldn’t “max out” get bored and leave. 3) My population would stay low enough that I could make large changes without impacting more than a few players. Again this is all be lifted as most of the content is back in game!

It seems like a few more people are playing these days and I encourage everyone to be helpful and active in /OOC as we welcome in this next generation of Zebuxoruk players. A few minor changes today as well but as usual they can be found in the Patch Notes forum.

A goal of mine was to get the leveling up content to a state which I was happy with and increase the experience. The experience rate has gone up 50% and may continue to go up slowly in the future especially as I start to open up the rest of the end-game which is currently being balanced out. Enjoy the new boost.

I just came off a few days full of work and midterms and put some effort today into a good amount of fixes, updates, and polish. I have a large list of things to do still and I’m checking them off one at a time. My main focus right now is to finalize, customize, and awesome-ize, all of the current custom content (which is a lot).  Keep up with the changes on the Patch Notes Forum

Also I’m currently offering donator status to those who write guides in an effort to build up the guide list on the forums. For more details visit this thread.

It’s my birthday (4/8)  and everyone should have a good time not just me! Pick up a Jibbatwinker’s Birthday Brew in the Nexus off of Mr. Jiblet. This is a powerful, potent, and ridiculously loading with stats. An ale worthy of bearing Jibbatwinker’s name! The Ale will go stale after the weekend to enjoy it while it’s fresh!

I’ve chosen Plane of War as a replacement of Plane of Growth. Plane of Growth was a bit big and a bit laggy for our purposes at Zebuxoruk. The new Plane of War is a copy of what we had in Plane of Growth but on a much smaller scale. Also players won’t have to download a patch for this zone.

Many people don’t know the Plane of War is an unused Planes of Power era zone that was scrapped just before the launch of the expansion. Some of the zone is unfinished but a good portion of is done and that’s the part I used. The plane was originally supposed to be home of the god Rallos Zek and possibly his sons, but Drunder and War were combined for the sake of a deadline. You can still see the Plane of War stone in Tranquility next to the Valor stone.

Now that the history lesson is over… You can find the recruiters of Nature and Hate in the Nexus. You must align yourself with either Innoruuk (Hate) or Tunare (Nature) to enter the zone. When you enter the zone do quests and kill your enemy faction. As you gain faction with your own side new quests will unlock with increasingly impressive rewards. The minimum level to enter the plane is 65, down from what Growth used to be (70).

Features:

  • Premier level 70 solo content
  • Multiple faction-unlockable quests
  • Full class-specific set of armor
  • Faction mount quests
  • Powerful utility items
  • Plane of War!
